The role
Working closely with Registered Liquidators and Bankruptcy Trustees, you will manage a varied portfolio of insolvency files while supporting case strategy, junior development and stakeholder outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage liquidations, voluntary administrations, receiverships and bankruptcies
• Develop engagement strategies, controls, budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Investigate debtors’ affairs, formulate recommendations and ensure compliance
• Prepare and review reports for creditors, lenders and regulatory bodies
• Supervise junior staff, review their work and support their development
• Build relationships with clients, referrers and lawyers while contributing to business development

About you

• Demonstrated experience in corporate or personal insolvency within professional practice
• A relevant degree in accounting, commerce, finance, law or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards completion
• Strong insolvency knowledge, analytical ability and attention to detail
• Clear communication, stakeholder management and junior mentoring capability
