Your new firm
A boutique law firm in Perth’s inner west is looking for a senior estate litigator to join its team. The team is supportive and collegiate, and the firm is known for complex matters that reward strong technical work. You will be hands on from day one.
Your new role
Act for clients in contested and non-contested estate matters, including family probate applications and will disputes, family provision claims, trust and executor disputes. You will run complex files from first instructions through to resolution, work closely with the partners and have real carriage of your matters from the start.
About you
You will have:
- 4+ years’ PAE in estate or contentious probate litigation
- Admission to practise in WA
- Confidence taking carriage of your own matters and managing your own workload
- A collaborative approach and the willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
