Job description: Senior Educator – Educational Leader
📍 Goodstart Oxley, QLD(located on the traditional lands of the Yugara and Yugarabul Peoples)
🕒 Permanent Full-Time | 38 Hours Per Week(must be available between 6:00am and 6:00pm)
💰 Up to $43.00 per hour + $2.81 per hour Educational Leader Allowance + Super + Benefits

What you'll bring
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check
✔ Experience leading practice improvements and supporting educator development
✔ Passion for mentoring, coaching, and building educator capability
