Join one of Australia’s leading building contractors as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for delivering end to end fit out and new build construction projects from initial planning and procurement through to successful handover.
The project portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including heritage, retail, hospitality, commercial fit outs, healthcare, workplace and education, with project values ranging from $3M to $50M+. For the right person, there is a clear pathway to progress into a Project Director role.

You must have a strong skill set in the following areas:
- Strong construction knowledge – construction methodology, sequencing, buildability, design management, essential services.
- Confident commercial and financial management skills
- Outstanding programming skills – an ability to develop and maintain realistic construction programs and proactively manage delays and critical path issues.
- Have strong risk management, safety and quality management overview
- Be a true leader, a motivator and someone who is able to be a confident advocate for the company to stakeholders, internal staff and clients.
- A relationship driven communicator who can navigate live environments, challenging stakeholder and client situations and can confidently deliver complex fit out and new build projects from start to finish.
