WHO YOU ARE

- Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 5+ years post qualification experience [up to Senior Associate level] in commercial litigation;
- Have solid experience drafting pleadings/affidavits+ litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
- have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
