WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have 5-20+ years PAE experience as a lawyer in commercial law (advisory/transactions);
- EITHER have a transferrable client base/client following OR have a proven track record in business development/marketing +willing to engage in such;
- are ambitious+ seeking a LONG-TERM ‘legal home’ in a key role where you can imprint your own PERSONAL MARK;
- are results-driven+ have strong leadership qualities+ a high commercial acumen.
