The Opportunity
Enterprise Group is supporting a major business transformation programme within a large and complex Sydney-based organisation and is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to drive successful change outcomes across multiple strategic initiatives.
The Change Manager will drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. You will partner with senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to develop and implement effective change strategies, build organisational readiness, and embed sustainable change outcomes.
With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and capability uplift, you will help navigate complex digital, operational, cultural, and business transformations while aligning change activities to strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver end-to-end business transformation and change initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and execute change strategies, business readiness plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify organisational risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps.
- Partner with senior leaders, programme teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and sustainable business outcomes.
- Design and deliver communications, engagement initiatives, and capability uplift activities.
- Monitor readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation outcomes, ensuring successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Contribute to transformation governance, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience delivering complex, multi-stream change initiatives within matrix environments.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes involving technology, process, operating model, or organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with executive and senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated capability in change planning, impact assessment, readiness, communications, and adoption activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Senior-level transformation and executive stakeholder management experience will be highly regarded.
