Senior Change Lead

Lead enterprise-wide change across a major Queensland Government transformation program.

Your new company
I'm partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation delivering a significant ICT-enabled business transformation program. This high-profile initiative is focused on improving workforce management capabilities and embedding sustainable business process change across a complex operational environment.
As the program progresses through a critical implementation phase, an experienced Change Lead is required to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness and long-term change outcomes.
Your new role
As the Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of change management activities that support the successful implementation of a large-scale workforce management transformation program. Working closely with Business Transformation teams, Change Specialists and key stakeholders, you will drive engagement, communication and adoption strategies to ensure successful and sustainable change.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading change management implementation activities across the program
• Delivering stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
• Supporting business readiness, user adoption and benefits realisation
• Conducting change impact assessments and developing targeted interventions
• Managing change risks, issues and resistance strategies
• Developing and delivering change collateral, toolkits and communications
• Coaching and mentoring project team members in change management practices
• Collaborating with program teams to implement new business processes and operating models
• Supporting the evaluation and sustainability of change outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Change Management professional with a proven track record of delivering successful transformation initiatives within large and complex organisations.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Organisational Change roles
• Proven success delivering large-scale business or ICT-enabled transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience managing change impacts, resistance management and business readiness activities
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working across multiple priorities within complex project environments
• The ability to build capability through coaching and mentoring others
• Experience within workforce management, HR or payroll transformation programs will be highly regarded
• Relevant Change Management or Project Management qualifications are desirable
