This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the AR function, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, and playing a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and an accurate ledger.

The role: Working as part of a collaborative Finance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts receivable activities, including:

  • Preparing debtor ageing reports and other AR reporting
  • Working closely with Finance, Sales and other internal stakeholders
  • Identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to improve processes and accuracy

About you: We're looking for an experienced AR professional who is confident managing their own ledger and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and have those more difficult conversations when required.
You will ideally bring:

  • Confidence working with ERP/accounting systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider Finance team

Why consider the opportunity?

  • Join an established organisation with a collaborative Finance team
  • Opportunity to take ownership of a key AR portfolio
  • Work closely with senior Finance and commercial stakeholders
  • Sydney-based office with flexible working arrangements
  • Genuine opportunity to add value and improve processes
  • Competitive salary package

If you are confident, you have the skills and personality outlined above, I am keen to hear from you.
