About the Role
Work with a diverse portfolio of public practice clients while enjoying genuine flexibility around your working hours. You’ll take ownership of quality accounting and tax work, work closely with experienced Managers and Partners, and have the autonomy to manage your workload in a way that works for you.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Complete BAS, IAS and other compliance requirements accurately and within deadlines
- Liaise directly with clients, providing practical support and building strong long-term relationships
- Work closely with experienced Managers and Partners on a range of client matters
- Assist with tax planning, structuring and more complex client matters
- Review work and provide guidance to junior team members where required
About You
- Previous Australian public practice accounting experience
- CA or CPA qualified (or currently undertaking)
- Strong communication skills
- Exposure to CGT, FBT, and Div 7a
- Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
