About the role
They are looking for a driven Retail Showroom Consultant to join their Gold Coast team. This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where you'll manage inbound enquiries, meet with clients in the showroom, build quotations and guide projects from initial conversation through to completion.

As Retail Showroom Consultant, you will:

• Manage inbound phone, email and showroom enquiries
• Meet with commercial clients to understand their workplace and furniture requirements
• Recommend tailored furniture and workspace solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow projects through to completion
• Build strong relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
• Contribute to a fun, energetic and results-focused team culture

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in retail, showroom or consultative sales
• Confidence communicating via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and commercial mindset
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience within furniture, interiors, commercial sales or home improvement will be highly regarded
