Hays is partnering with a leading construction contractor delivering a major project in Goulburn. With work commencing in November, we are seeking experienced Rigger/Operators to join the project for an initial 12-week assignment. This role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work on a major construction project.

CW4 Rigger / Operator$58.0062.00 per hour (full inclusive rate)
As a key member of the site team, you will support lifting operations, equipment movements, and general construction activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.
Duties may include:
- Performing rigging activities on a major construction project
- Assisting with crane and lifting operations
- Coordinating safe movement of materials and equipment
- Working closely with site supervisors and construction teams
- Maintaining compliance with all site safety requirements
Roster: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10-hour days (50 hours per week)
Location: Goulburn
Duration: Initial 12-week project commencing in November.
