Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and high-quality design outcomes across all project stages, with a focus on hospitality and commercial interiors

  • Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate conceptual ideas into clear, buildable documentation

  • Assist in project coordination and technical detailing in line with industry standards and codes

  • Ensure documentation is delivered on time and aligns with client expectations and project milestones

  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors where required to support documentation accuracy

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Revit – this is essential

  • Minimum 4 years’ local experience in interior documentation, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sectors

  • Solid understanding of interior construction methods, detailing, and joinery

  • Familiarity with the full project lifecycle – design, coordination, documentation, and construction

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field is advantageous
