With fewer than 50 modern homes, this is a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference every day while building on your experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, Resident Engagement Coordinator or similar retirement living professional.

About the Role
As Village Manager, you will be responsible for creating a happy, welcoming, safe and thriving community while overseeing the village's day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families
- Delivering exceptional resident experiences and promoting independent living
- Planning engaging social, wellness and community initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring village staff
- Managing contractors and service providers
- Monitoring village budgets and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Supporting the sales team by showcasing the village lifestyle and fostering a positive community reputation
- Maintaining a safe, well-presented and welcoming village environment
