About The Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to join our Crust Pizza team in Kingsgrove NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
Tasks Include:
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, presentation and growth.
- Organizing displays, promotions, and stock replenishment
- Managing daily store activities, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience Monitoring budgets, sales targets, and expenses.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with management and other stakeholders to share insights and support the overall business objectives
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities for the team
Qualifications and other requirements
- Diploma level qualifications or equivalent in management or other relevant field.
- Recent minimum of one year of relevant experience working in a retail management role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant retail industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver license with your own reliable vehicle.
- Ability work with flexible hours including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year plus Super
