Condamine Roadhouse is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to take responsibility for the day to day performance of its regional fuel and convenience retail operation. This is a hands on management role with accountability for staff, stock, purchasing, sales, service standards, budgeting, cash controls and workplace compliance. The successful applicant will lead the team and ensure the site operates safely, efficiently and consistently across the full trading week.
