THE ROLE

This isn't a traditional compliance-only Senior Accountant position.
The firm has a strong advisory focus and works with an interesting mix of clients, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and larger businesses with turnovers of up to $80 million.

Average client fees are around $20,000, with some larger clients generating approximately $100,000 in fees, giving you exposure to sophisticated and varied work.

They are looking for someone who is technically strong but can also build genuine client relationships and communicate confidently with business owners and stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

You're a technically sound Senior Accountant who also enjoys working directly with clients.
You'll ideally have:

• Strong accounting and tax technical skills
• Experience working with SME and/or larger clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• An interest in advisory work
• The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Experience with Xero/XPM and BGL 360 would be advantageous
• Full Australian working rights — this is essential
