About the Role As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical and person-centred care
• Work across a range of residential aged care facilities
• Administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing
• Complete clinical assessments and documentation
• Support residents with complex care needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Choose from day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care RN experience
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Strong clinical, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facilities
• Availability across a variety of shift types
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
