REGIONAL / NATIONAL SALES MANAGER | FASHION RETAIL
QLD based | Interstate travel required

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an exceptional senior retail leader to join a successful international fashion retailer at a pivotal stage of growth and expansion across Australia.

With an established store network across Queensland and further expansion into NSW on the horizon, this is an opportunity to take ownership of an established retail network whilst having genuine involvement in shaping what comes next. You'll play an integral role in driving commercial performance, building leadership capability and supporting the continued growth of the brand across Australia.

We're looking to connect with high-calibre Regional and National Sales leaders who are incredibly passionate about people and know how to build exceptional leadership teams, whilst bringing the commercial capability, operational discipline and strategic mindset required to drive performance across a multi-site retail network.

THE ROLE

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of retail performance across the Queensland store network, whilst supporting the continued growth and expansion of the business across Australia.

• Leading, coaching and developing high-performing multi-site retail leadership teams
• Driving sales performance, profitability and operational excellence across the store network
• Building strong succession pipelines and developing future leaders from within
• Identifying opportunities to elevate performance across people, customer experience and store operations
• Creating consistency, accountability and a high-performance culture across geographically dispersed teams
• Partnering closely with senior leadership across retail strategy, growth and expansion
• Supporting the continued development of the Australian retail network, including future NSW expansion
• Travelling interstate as required to support the broader business and growth plans

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an established Regional or National retail leader who has operated within a fast-paced, multi-site environment and understands what exceptional retail execution looks like.

You will bring:
• Significant multi-site leadership experience within fashion, apparel, youth, lifestyle or another aligned retail environment
• A strong commercial mindset with proven experience driving sales, profitability and performance
• Demonstrated success developing Area and Store Managers and building strong internal succession pipelines
• Experience improving or transforming underperforming regions and lifting leadership capability
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, highly visible leadership style
• A genuine passion for coaching, developing and getting the very best from people
• Experience operating through periods of growth, change or store network expansion
• The ability to travel interstate as the Australian network continues to grow
