What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
• QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
• Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)

Professional presentation, reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential. You’re someone colleagues would describe as dependable, positive and easy to work with and you approach challenges with professionalism and composure.

Temp EAST BRISBANE Role
Remote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office
Position - Commercial Property Manager
When - Immediate start for approx. 4 weeks
Duties - General PM duties for a commercial/retail portfolio or simply respond to emails/general admin tasks
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri
Company Car - No - you will be paid $0.98 per KM if you need to visit site (likely will not)
Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License

Temp DARRA/OXLEY Role
Remote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office
Position - Inspections Officer
When - Week commencing 21 Sept 2026 (estimated)
Duties - Routines, exits and entries
Software/s - PropertyMe and Inspection Express
Days/Hours - Three days per week - very open on what days they are
Parking - Yes
Company Car - Yes
Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License

Temp SOUTH BRIS/WEST END Role
Remote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office
Position - Onsite Tenancy Officer (Community Housing)
When - Immediate start, ongoing role
Duties - Assisting with the management of a residential building with 146 units. Working under the guidance of the Tenancy Manager and Team Leader, this role is open to residential property managers without experience in the community or social housing sector but who have a desire to move into the sector. Must have a Blue Card or have applied for one.
Software/s - Console Cloud
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - 8:30am - 4:30pm or they can accommodate flex hours too!
Parking - Yes
Company Car - N/A
Notes - A QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is desirable but not essential for this role
