Rangers play a vital role in ensuring Queensland national parks, state forest and reserves are protected, accessible and valued by all Queenslanders.

We’re seeking motivated individuals with a strong blend of technical expertise and practical skills.

To succeed in these roles, you will need:

• Strong Operational Skills: Hands-on experience in land management, fire operations, and pest control.
• Project Management Expertise: The ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within budgets and timeframes.
• Effective Communication: The capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, Traditional Owners, and operational teams.
• Technological Proficiency: Competence in using digital tools and systems to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Cultural Awareness: A deep respect for cultural values and the ability to integrate them into land management practices.
