The Role: 
Working with a strong, and long tenured team, you will be a crucial member within the property management team. 
This is a tremendous opportunity for a property professional with 3-5 years in the management of portfolios, who is looking for a change which will grow both their skills and opportunities. 

The Responsibilities:

• Be instrumental in the management of long leases and large tenant relationships 
• Implement portfolio and land use strategies to maximise revenue, trade growth, and site efficiency
• Be detailed driven and analytical and able to transfer these attributes into the review and management of leases 
• Manage leasing processes including negotiations, rent reviews, lease compliance, and documentation
• Oversee tenant reporting, insurance, guarantees, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with legal, valuers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and optimise outcomes

About you: 

• 5+ years in commercial/industrial real estate
• Knowledge of NSW property and lease legislation and the ability to read and understand leases 
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Be a strategic and analytical thinker
• Proficient in property management systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; driver's licence required
