You are:
 
You're a mid-level PM or Senior Coordinator with a background managing/working on tech projects E2E, ideally a CRM rollout.
 
You are hands-on in your approach with a broad skill set, happy to be involved in testing, GTM planning, change management, training, managing governance and working closely with sales teams.
 
With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills and high EQ.

The role will see you working a few days per week in their Sydney CBD offices.
 
 
The Role:
 
As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, customer support and Revenue Operations teams to manage a global CRM rollout E2E.
 
Your role is focused on project governance, cross-regional alignment, data readiness and end user adoption, rather than technical delivery.
 
You'll be creating the GTM plan, testing, managing change, comms and training, working with stakeholders in multiple international locations.
 
Initially a fixed term contract, there is limitless opportunity as they continue to expand.  
 
Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:
 

• Project management experience (mid-level PM or senior coordinator)
• Tech project background
• Orchestrate global training across sales/marketing/support
• CRM project experience ideal
• Drive user adoption across multiple regions
• Build GTM project plans
• Build governance
• Understanding of sales, marketing, support & RevOps functions
• Understand & manage risks
