Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial construction projects from procurement through to completion and handover. Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, consultants and clients, you will drive project outcomes across cost, programme, quality and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery from pre-construction through to practical completion.
- Managing procurement strategies, trade packages and subcontract negotiations.
- Developing, monitoring and driving project programmes and key milestones.
- Coordinating consultants, authorities and project stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Managing project budgets, contract administration and commercial outcomes.
- Leading client meetings, design workshops and project reporting
- Supporting site teams to resolve construction challenges and maintain programme.
- Driving safety, quality and project governance standards across the project.
