Project Manager

Evolve Talent are recruiting for multiple Project Managers with proven water infrastructure experience for opportunities across Brisbane CBD, North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

This is an opportunity to join growing civil construction teams delivering essential water and sewer infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.

With a strong pipeline of work ahead, we’re seeking Project Managers who thrive on delivering complex projects, leading high-performing teams, and taking ownership of projects from planning through to successful completion.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of water and civil infrastructure projects, including:

• Water main construction and renewals
• Sewer networks and upgrades
• Rising mains
• Pump stations
• Trunk and reticulation pipelines
• Underground utility installations
• Associated civil works including earthworks, drainage and reinstatement

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from award through to completion
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing budgets, forecasting and project performance
• Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Managing project programmes, risks and commercial outcomes
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You:

You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven background delivering water, sewer or civil infrastructure projects.

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience managing civil construction projects
• Strong understanding of water and utilities infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and financial management capability
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Experience with local government, utility providers or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
