Project Lead l Commercial Sectors l BNE CBD
Our client is a highly respected architecture and design studio with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional projects across the education, workplace, seniors living and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their BNE team.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, building strong client relationships, and supporting the development of emerging talent within the studio.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for leading projects, coordinating consultants and clients, driving design outcomes, and ensuring high-quality documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll work closely with the architecture and interiors teams, playing a key role in delivering projects that are thoughtful, functional, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from briefing through to completion
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Produce and oversee high-quality documentation packages
- Mentor and support graduate, junior and mid-level team members
- Collaborate closely with the interiors team to deliver integrated design outcomes
About You
- Registered Architect or experienced Project Architect/Project Lead
- Proven experience delivering projects across commercial sectors.
- Strong design capability with excellent technical and documentation skills
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Confident managing consultants, clients and multiple project stakeholders
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
