Production Operator - Food Production
- Set up and operate food filling machines according to SOPs.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure correct filling, sealing, and labelling of products.
- Perform quality checks and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
Job description
We are looking for experienced production operator / machine operators in food manufacturing
This role will be Day Shift or Night Shift, 12hr shifts, 6am-6pm or 6 pm to 6 am
Responsibilities
Set up and operate food filling machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor the machine to ensure products are filled, sealed, and labelled correctly.
Carry out basic machine adjustments and report faults or breakdowns.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
Keep the production area clean and follow GMP and food safety rules.
Complete required production records accurately.
Assist with cleaning and changeovers of the filling line.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain high quality standards.
Basic mechanical skills and good attention to detail.
Strong understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
