The team at Flexiforce are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to do process work for a well-established Manufacturing company out in Mittagong, NSW.
The successful applicant will be using tools to assemble steel frames & trusses on a production line for a company specialising in manufacturing prefabricated building components.
This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What’s on offer:
- Ongoing employment.
- 5 days a week, Monday – Friday.
- Immediate start.
Work Hours:
Mon – Thu: 7am – 3.30pm
Fri: 7am – 1pm
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Assembly process work
- Manufacturing frame & trusses on a production line
- Using hand tools & power tools
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- General ad hoc tasks, as required
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to utilise hand & power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically capable of repetitive manual work
- Efficient time management skills
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Reliability is a MUST!
