Company overview:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the organisation’s privacy framework, policies and compliance requirements.
• Provide practical privacy advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
• Identify and manage privacy risks, assessments and incidents, including supporting remediation where required.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams on privacy-related projects and initiatives.
• Support ongoing privacy governance, awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed: 

• Strong background across operational risk (either in a Line 1 or Line 2 capacity) and privacy with a solid understanding of risk frameworks and privacy requirements.
• Experience within banking, insurance or Big 4 environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and managing privacy-related risks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a relevant privacy certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent) highly regarded.
