About the Role

Lead the social work Critical and Acute Care team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital supporting specialist clinical units including the the largest Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit in South Australia, while working with colleagues across CALHN’s multiple sites through the social work department's Single Service, Multiple Site model.

• Lead clinical staff, workload management and clinical standards
• Guide expert clinical care
• Provide clinical supervision, support high standard practice quality, and participate in research
• Drive quality improvement and partnerships

About You

We’re looking for an experienced social work operational leader who brings sound clinical judgement, strong collaboration and a commitment to patient-centred care.

• Hold a Social Work degree eligible for full AASW membership
• Bring substantial recent clinical social work experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Apply evidence based practice and sound clinical judgement
• Drive service improvement, research and clinical evaluation
