The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Advisor, Executive Employment & Employee Relations to join the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE).
The Principal Advisor provides high-level technical consultancy services to the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment and OCPSE staff on a range of complex issues including legislative requirements, compliance risks and complaints. The Principal Advisor also provides advice and support to the Commissioner on a range of complex and sensitive issues including employment matters, referrals from other agencies that are made directly to the Commissioner, ministerial enquiries and complaints.
