Prestart Consultant | Residential Construction
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Prestart Consultant opportunity with an established and highly regarded residential home builder in Perth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and work within a professional, customer-focuised environment where you'll play an important role in helping homeowners bring their dream homes to life.
The Role
As a Prestart Consultant, you'll guide clients through the prestart and selections process, helping them make informed decisions while ensuring their selections align with their home design, budget and construction requirements.
You'll be responsible for:
- Conducting client prestart and selections appointments
- Assisting with colours, finishes, fixtures, fittings and upgrades
- Providing design and product advice
- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation
- Managing variations and pricing where required
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Ensuring clients receive a positive and professional experience throughout the process
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience within residential construction
- Experience in Prestart, Selections, Contract Administration or a similar role
- An understanding of residential building processes
- The ability to read and interpret building plans
- Strong design, colour and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
