    Role Description This is a contract, on-site Podiatrist role based in Sydney, NSW. The Podiatrist will assess, diagnose, and manage conditions of the foot, ankle, and lower limb for a diverse client base, including active individuals and clients with chronic health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, developing treatment plans, prescribing and fitting orthotics, and providing education on foot health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. The role involves working closely with other health and fitness professionals to coordinate care, monitor client progress, and contribute to integrated treatment programs. The Podiatrist will also maintain accurate clinical records, follow relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements, and participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.

    Qualifications

    • Strong clinical skills in Podiatry and Medicine relevant to foot, ankle, and lower limb care.
    • Knowledge of Biomechanics and experience assessing gait and functional movement.
    • Competence in prescribing and managing Orthotics and other podiatric devices.
    • Experience or training in managing Diabetes-related foot conditions and risk prevention.
    • Recognized qualification in Podiatry and current professional registration (or eligibility) with relevant regulatory bodies.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
    • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and ongoing professional development.
    • Experience in a sports, musculoskeletal, or wellness-focused setting is beneficial.
