PSP is looking for a full-time physiotherapist, with strong interest in the female athletes, female sport and sports rehabilitation, to join our growing team. This is an established role with existing demand.

You’ll combine high-quality clinic work with structured development, strong mentoring and paid opportunities across sporting clubs and athlete programs.

Competitive guaranteed base pay + commission earning upside + paid sport.

    WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

    At PSP, you’ll have:

    • A full-time role in a busy, growing clinic
    • Competitive guaranteed base pay, with commission earning upside as your caseload grows
    • Paid sporting workon top of your clinic role
    • Structured 1:1 mentoring, weekly team training and our 2-year Physiotherapist Clinical Excellence training program
    • Regular access to an experienced APA Titled physiotherapist
    • A predominantly active, motivated caseload
    • Great rehabilitation facilities including gym, pool, Pilates equipment and athlete testing technology
    • Real opportunities to develop in sports physiotherapy, female athlete health and performance, rehab and athlete pathways

If you want to work in sport, not just treat people who happen to play sport, this is the kind of environment we’ve built.

    THE ROLE

    Your week will include:

    • Individualised, goal-focused physiotherapy working with mostly active clients and athletes
    • Exercise rehabilitation from injury through to performance
    • Helping clients stay healthy, available and able to perform in their sport or activity
    • Regular collaboration with experienced clinicians
    • Paid sports work opportunities across basketball and other club, school and athlete programs
    • Daytime, afternoon/evening and regular Saturday clinical hours

This is a full-time role of 34–38 hours per week, plus paid sports coverage on top. We’re flexible in how the week is structured and want to build a sustainable role around the right clinician.

We may also consider substantial part-time for an exceptional candidate.

    CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT

We take development seriously. You’ll have structured onboarding, regular 1:1 mentoring, weekly team training, our 2-year Physiotherapist Clinical Excellence training program, ongoing case discussion and access to clinical resources and platforms.

The aim is not simply to fill your diary. It is to help you become a better clinician and build a meaningful pathway in sports physiotherapy.

    REMUNERATION

    • Competitive guaranteed base salary, depending on experience
    • Commission earning upside as your caseload builds
    • Paid sporting work in addition to clinic remuneration
    • Paid annual leave
    • Professional development support

For the right clinician, we’re open to discussing a package that reflects the value and experience you bring.

    WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    You:

    • are curious and ask good questions
    • seek feedback and want to keep improving
    • genuinely care about your clients and take ownership of their care
    • communicate well and build trust easily
    • enjoy manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and working with active people
    • enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas and learning with others
    • have full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

Experience in private practice or sport is valuable, but it isn’t everything.

We’re more interested in character, communication, curiosity and coachability than someone who ticks every technical box.
