Physical Security Vulnerability Assessor

Job Title: Physical Security Vulnerability Assessor | TSPV Lead physical and technical security assessments within a secure Australian Government environment, providing specialist guidance across PSPF, ISM, SCIF requirements and secure facility design while leading a small team of security specialists.
Location: ACT
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: TSPV
Closing Date: Friday, 23 October 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Provide subject matter expertise across physical and technical security.
• Review architectural and design documentation for compliance with PSPF and ICT security requirements.
• Develop and maintain security reference architecture covering people, processes and technology.
• Lead a small security team, prioritising assessments, tasks and project deliverables.

Key Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-security facility projects.
• Experience designing and delivering technologies within SCIF environments.
• Strong experience applying the PSPF and ISM to secure technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing small teams within a physical security environment.
