YOUR ROLE
In this unique DUAL common law role, reporting to/being mentored by an impressive Managing Solicitor (team leader), you will love taking full OWNERSHIP of your WID (work injury damages)+Medical Negligence practice [initially approx 85% WID; 15% Med Neg] managing your own files/clients+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their work injury and medical negligence claims.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are a NSW admitted lawyer with 3+ years (up to senior associate level) common law plaintiff personal injury experience in work injury damages (essential) PLUS either medical negligence or public/occupiers liability (or both);
- have strong knowledge of relevant legislation/case law relating to WID;
- have proven ability to run your own WID files highly autonomously efficiently (essential) AND preferably also had some experience in either medical negligence and/or public/occupiers liability cases (not essential);
- have strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills;
- are proactive + thrive in a busy fast environment;
- are hungry to progress your career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
