You will
YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY role, reporting to and being mentored by an outstanding practice leader/special counsel (with over 25+ years’ exp), you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing mainly on CTP/motor vehicle accidents plus some common law work injury damages and public liability.
You will be actively involved in case management of cases from start to finish (if a paralegal) and if a lawyer have carriage of your own files.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are an admitted lawyer in NSW with minimum 2 years'+ post-admission personal injury legal experience including in NSW CTP (essential) OR a paralegal/law clerk/grad lawyer with 4+ yrs experience;
- have a solid understanding of relevant NSW CTP legislation/court practice+procedure, some litigation experience+ strong communication and people skills;
- are proactive, can work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- are hungry to further advance your career long-term national plaintiff firm that invests in their staff long-term.
