As a Home and Community Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. You will work with clients to develop personalized care plans and ensure their needs are met with dignity and respect.
