About the Role

As a PCA, AIN or Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents and helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:
• Personal care including showering, dressing and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams
• Delivering person-centred care in a safe and professional manner

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 months recent paid experience in residential aged care
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional and compassionate approach to care
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends
• Full Australian working rights
