Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Workers for casual and ad hoc opportunities with an aged care facility in Rosewood, QLD.

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will support residents with their day to day care needs while helping them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, person centred care to residents.
- Assist residents with personal care, hygiene and daily living activities.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers as required.
- Assist with meals and other day to day activities.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and their families.
- Observe and report changes in residents' wellbeing to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Follow individual care plans and workplace procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in aged care, disability or community care is preferred.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent is highly regarded.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Australian Police Check, or willingness to undergo one.
- Current 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccination record.
- Full working rights in Australia – no sponsorship available.
- Reliable, caring and professional approach to resident care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
