Your Impact

As our newest OT, you will provide neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based support. Your role is a hybrid of clinic-based magic and real-world impact in schools and homes.

About You

You’re a "people person" who happens to be a great therapist. You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

• A genuine love for paediatrics and a warm, empathetic energy.

• A belief in neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice.

• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration (required at time of application).

• Compliance: A current (or willingness to obtain) WWCC and National Police Check.

• Drive: You love autonomy but value being part of a "no-ego" multidisciplinary team.
