About the Role
MY CARE LIVING is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Office Manager to join our team at our Mansfield office.
The Office Manager will be responsible for organising, coordinating and controlling the day-to-day administrative functions and resources of the office. The successful applicant will ensure that administrative systems, office personnel, records, resources and operational processes are effectively managed to support the efficient delivery of the organisation’s services.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Planning, reviewing and coordinating office services, administrative procedures and operational systems.
- Establishing office priorities, procedures and service standards to support efficient business operations.
- Coordinating and allocating office resources, including staff, workspace, equipment and supplies.
- Assigning administrative work to staff, monitoring workloads and reviewing staff performance.
- Supervising and supporting administrative and clerical employees and ensuring duties are completed efficiently.
- Managing office records, documentation, correspondence, filing systems and administrative accounts.
- Liaising with management, employees, clients, service providers and relevant professionals to coordinate office activities and resolve administrative or operational issues.
- Ensuring office equipment, facilities and supplies are appropriately maintained and available.
- Coordinating personnel-related administrative activities, including recruitment support, staff induction, training, payroll administration and performance management.
- Assisting management with preparation of reports, correspondence, schedules and other business documentation.
- Monitoring office expenditure and assisting with invoices, accounts and other administrative financial records.
- Ensuring office operations comply with relevant workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ensuring administrative activities comply with applicable legislation, organisational policies, procedures and service standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and implementing more efficient office systems and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee, client and organisational information.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to management as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or a qualification at a comparable level, relevant to business, administration, management or a related field, consistent with the indicative requirements for ANZSCO Skill Level 2 – Office Manager (******).
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience in office management, administration, business operations or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating office administration, staff, records and business processes.
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise staff, allocate work and coordinate competing priorities.
- Sound computer skills and experience using common office and business administration software.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential business and personnel records.
- Good understanding of workplace policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Salary
$79,500 per annum plus superannuation, subject to applicable employment conditions.
