At Ace Therapy, we've built a workplace around flexibility, collaboration and genuine work-life balance. We're a growing team committed to neuro-affirming practice, clinical excellence and creating an environment where Occupational Therapists feel supported to develop their own unique clinical style.

    Why join us?

    $90,000 – $130,000 + super, based on experience
    5 weeks annual leave
Flexible working arrangements, including work from home
    Full-time, part-time and 9-day fortnight options
    Neuro-affirming practice framework
3 days PD leave + $1,000 annual PD allowance
Supportive multidisciplinary team (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists)
    Regular supervision and mentoring
Structured onboarding and support for new graduates
    Mileage reimbursement for community visits
A culture where your ideas are genuinely valued

    What your week looks like

Delivering person-centred paediatric OT services that support meaningful outcomes
Building practical strategies with children, families, carers and support networks
Working across community, home, school and clinic settings, helping kids achieve their goals where they live, learn and play
Developing evidence-informed intervention plans tailored to each child's needs
Collaborating with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists who genuinely value your input
Contributing to a neuro-affirming and innovative clinical culture
Receiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxes
Celebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges

    Your caseload

Varied, rewarding and genuinely interesting. You'll work with paediatric and adolescent clients across areas including:

    Autism

    Developmental delay

    Intellectual disability

    Cerebral palsy and physical disability

    Sensory processing and self-regulation

Fine motor, play and daily living skills

    Neuro-affirming practice isn't a buzzword here — it's simply how we work.

    What makes Ace different?

We're a small business that believes great therapy starts with looking after our clinicians. You won't find unrealistic KPIs, layers of corporate bureaucracy or being treated like a number.

    Instead, you'll find:

    A leadership team that listens

    Open and honest communication

    Genuine flexibility

    A collaborative team culture

Support to grow in the areas that interest you

A workplace where wellbeing matters as much as clinical outcomes

Whether you're building confidence as a newer clinician or looking for a place where your experience can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
