About the Opportunity

Whether you're beginning your allied health career or looking for an environment where you can keep developing your clinical expertise, Therapy Alliance Group is seeking Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba, QLD, with opportunities available across all experience levels.

You'll work across a mixed caseload of children and adults, giving you genuine clinical variety from day one. As you settle in, we'll work with you to tailor your caseload toward your areas of special interest, supported by exceptional supervision and a career pathway program built for your specific stage, not just a standard new-grad track.

Key Responsibilities

Occupational Therapy stream:

  • Assessing, diagnosing and treating activities of daily living, and motor, sensory and emotional regulation difficulties
  • Supporting clients experiencing challenges relating to memory, play and social skills
  • Developing and delivering individualised therapeutic interventions
  • Maintaining timely clinical records, case notes and written reports, and managing appointment/billing records
  • Building relationships with clients, families, referrers and the wider community
  • Contributing to clinical resources and quality improvement initiatives

Speech Pathology stream:

  • Delivering high-quality assessment and intervention within your professional scope, across a diverse child and adult caseload
  • Maintaining clinical documentation and working collaboratively with clients, families and the broader multidisciplinary team
  • Developing broad clinical capability early in your career, with scope to tailor your caseload as your experience grows

About You

You don't need years of experience to succeed here, we welcome new graduates through to senior clinicians. What matters most is that you're genuinely engaged in your work, care about your clients, and bring the consistency required to deliver quality clinical outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • Current AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapy) or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and comfort adapting as circumstances change
  • A genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their unique potential
