Our client is a health provider specialising in NDIS Health, Medicare, WorkCover and Aged Care. They provide Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, Hydrotherapy as well as NDIS Home Modification. The company provides in-clinic service, mobile home visits as well as telehealth service. Having over 20 therapist and 4 in-clinic locations, they really have Sydney wide covered.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their growing multidisciplinary team on a permanent full-time basis.
You will work with clients across a range of age groups and clinical presentations, providing high-quality occupational therapy services focused on supporting independence, participation and achieving individual goals.
Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their functional and personal goals
- Working with NDIS participants and clients across Medicare, WorkCover and Aged Care
- Providing services across clinic, community/mobile and telehealth settings
- Completing functional assessments and recommending appropriate supports, equipment and home modifications
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to collaborative client care
- Building strong relationships with clients and supporting them throughout their therapy journey

Essential Criteria:
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology.
