Protech are seeking motivated candidates for entry-level operator roles across several Bowen Basin operations, with full training and support provided to help you succeed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participating in structured on-the-job training and competency assessments
- Learning to operate a range of mining equipment in a production environment
- Following site safety standards, procedures, and operational requirements
- Working alongside experienced operators, trainers, and supervisors
- Contributing to production targets as part of a high-performing team
- Developing the skills and experience required to become a qualified mining operator
- Building a long-term career within the mining industry with ongoing development opportunities
What You Will Need
- Previous civil operating, construction, agricultural, farming, or similar experience desirable
- Strong and stable work history
- Commitment to building a long-term career in mining
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Must reside within:
- Mackay
- Airlie
- Bundaberg
- Rockhampton & Surrounding areas
