We are looking for an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to help take complex products from engineering development through pilot builds and into reliable, repeatable production. Reporting to the Systems Engineering Team Lead and working across the broader Engineering function, this practical, hands-on role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Quality and Supply Chain. You will work across these functions to drive product industrialisation, manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to work alongside internationally recognised technical experts and see your work translated into advanced products used by customers around the world.
