Medical Promo Review Contractor

On Q Recruitment is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical company to appoint a Medical Promotional Review Contractor on a 9-12 month contract.

In this role, you will play a key part in the promotional review process, ensuring marketing and educational materials are scientifically accurate, balanced, and compliant before progressing through the medical approval pathway. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will conduct detailed reviews of promotional content and supporting evidence, helping maintain the highest standards of compliance and patient-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review promotional and marketing materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Verify claims against approved product information, clinical data, and supporting references.
• Ensure appropriate balance between efficacy, safety, and risk information.
• Assess the quality and relevance of referenced literature and data sources.
• Liaise with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Compliance teams to support timely approvals.

About You

• Background in life sciences, pharmacy, medical communications, clinical research, or pharmaceutical industry roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate scientific and medical content.
• Experience reviewing promotional materials or working within Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Information, or Compliance is highly regarded.
• Medical degree not required.
