Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experience and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our maintenance team for the upcoming Boddington November 2026 Shutdown.
Successful applicants will have proven mine site and/or refinery experience, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety.
About the role:
- Dates: November 9th 2026 - November 17th 2026
- Shifts: 12 hour shifts | Dayshift and Nightshift available
- Rate:
- Dayshift: $68 per hour (flat rate)
- Nightshift: $74.80 per hour (flat rate) - Travel: Bus in/Bus out (BIBO)
Essential Requirements:
- Australian Trade Certificate
- Current and valid WA driver's license
- Nationally Accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space (within 3 years)
- Construction White Card
- Current and valid High Risk Work license - highly desirable
- Proven 12 months experience in mining or shutdown in Australia - essential
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and drug & alcohol screen
- Ability to complete all site inductions
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
