Marketing Officer
Alchemy Recruitment is partnering with a local government client to support them in recruiting for a Marketing Officer on a 3-month contract (with extension potential).

Pay: $42.96 to $48.03/hr + super

About the role

• Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns aligned to corporate objectives
• Provide strategic marketing advice and direction to internal branches
• Account manage external agencies
• Identify opportunities to promote the city through digital marketing and events
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaigns

Preferred Requirements

• Substantial, demonstrated experience in a marketing role
• Track record delivering campaigns from concept through to delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in a politically sensitive or government environment advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable, not essential)
